Article 1 – Definitions and Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products offered by Luevana.
1.2 Any Order placed on the Luevana website implies prior and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs, which are governed by French law. These T&Cs form an integral part of the Contract between the Customer and the Company. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted the T&Cs, without limitation or reservation, before placing an Order.
1.3 These T&Cs apply to all Orders placed by an adult individual acting as a consumer. The Customer certifies that they are over 18 years old and acting for non-professional purposes. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order.
1.4 EXCLUSION: Professionals acting for purposes related to their business activity are expressly excluded from the scope of these T&Cs and are invited to contact the Company directly.
1.5 The T&Cs applicable to each Order are those in force on the date of payment. They may be amended at any time and can be consulted at: www.luevana.com

Article 2 – Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By clicking “Add to cart” and then “Checkout/Place my order,” the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs without reservation. The T&Cs are accessible at any time at the bottom of each page of the Website.

Article 3 – Order Process

3.1 Placing an Order
The Customer selects the Products, adds them to the cart, checks the details, reads the T&Cs, and confirms the Order (second click), which constitutes firm acceptance. A confirmation email including the T&Cs, the Order summary, and withdrawal information is then sent to the Customer.

3.2 Refusal of an Order
Luevana reserves the right to refuse an Order for any legitimate reason, including: non-compliance with the T&Cs, suspected fraud, non-payment, or a previous dispute.

3.3 Product Information
Information is provided on each product page. Photos are non-contractual.

3.4 Availability
Adding a Product to the cart does not guarantee availability. If a Product becomes unavailable after payment, it will be refunded, but the other Products in the Order will be shipped.

3.5 Prices
Displayed prices are excluding taxes, shipping costs, and customs duties. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the Order is confirmed.

3.6 Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are the Customer’s responsibility.

Article 4 – Payments

4.1 Payment Methods
Credit/debit cards, PayPal (up to €1,000), gift cards/promo codes.

4.2 Payment Date
Payment is due immediately upon Order confirmation. Luevana may offer installment payments at its sole discretion.

4.3 Payment Refusal
In the event of a bank refusal, the Order is cancelled. The Customer may contact customer service at contact@luevana.com.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery terms are provided before Order confirmation. The Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. Any applicable customs fees are the Customer’s responsibility.

Article 6 – Receipt

The Customer must check the condition of the Product upon receipt. In case of any issue, the Customer must contact customer service within 3 business days.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Period
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason.

7.2 Exceptions
Personalized products, opened products, perishable goods, or hygiene items are excluded.

7.3 Procedure
The Customer must inform Luevana at contact@luevana.com and return the Products in their original condition at the Customer’s expense.

Article 8 – Evidence and Archiving

Orders over €120 are archived for 10 years. Luevana may provide a copy of the contract upon request.

Article 9 – Warranties

9.1 Statutory Warranties
The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect).

9.2 Manufacturer Warranty
Certain contractual warranties may be offered directly by the manufacturer.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Luevana collects the data necessary to process Orders. The Customer may exercise their rights by contacting contact@luevana.com (access, rectification, deletion, objection, etc.).

Article 11 – Liability

Luevana cannot be held liable in the event of Customer error, force majeure, or temporary unavailability of the website.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

Luevana shall not be liable in the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event preventing performance of the contract.

Article 13 – Severability

If any clause of these T&Cs is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 14 – Validity of the T&Cs

Any legal change does not affect the validity of these T&Cs. Where not specified, standard industry practices shall apply.
