Return & Refund Policy
At Luevana, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you notice a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
However, under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, you may:
request an exchange, or
receive priority assistance to help you get the best use from your product.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
in perfect condition, and
in its original packaging.
Damaged, incomplete, or late returns cannot be accepted.
Email contact@luevana.com with:
your order number
a description of the issue (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect, etc.)
a photo or video as proof
Please do not return anything without our prior approval.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: within 7 business days
PayPal: within 3 business days

Before sending anything back, contact contact@luevana.com to receive confirmation and the return address.
📦 No restocking fees will be charged.
📦 For items valued over €50, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
