If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your local post office first using the tracking number provided.

📸 DELIVERY & RECEIPT
We take great care in preparing your parcels. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days and include a photo as proof.
Any visible issue upon delivery should ideally be reported to the carrier at the time of receipt.
✏️ ADDRESS CHANGE
Made a mistake in your address? Email us immediately at contact@luevana.com so we can correct it before shipment.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
In case of force majeure (severe weather, strikes, etc.), processing or delivery times may be affected.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address causes a parcel to be returned, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
If a return is not related to a product defect, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
